We guarantee all of our floral products to last min 7 days (if less will be stated on the product description) 14 days for flowering plants and 1 month for green plants but with proper care and attention plants can be enjoyed for years to come. If something isn't quite right, contact us and we will go the extra mile to make it perfect
Unfortunately, due to the fresh nature of our products, lengthy periods of time spent in transit can cause the quality of our flowers to deteriorate.

Please note: If the item you are ordering is in stock and available you can select next day delivery by courier on most of our flowers/plants. Alternatively, you can pre-order/purchase your item and select a specific date from thecalendar availability at checkout. You will receive an email with a tracking link when your flowers/plants have been dispatched on the evening before delivery. Your flowers/plants will be delivered between 8am and 8pm, by ournext day courier delivery service, Yodel. Delivery is available Monday–Saturday on orders placed before 5pm, (unfortunately we do not deliver on Bank Holidays at the moment, but are working on it). Yodel has an SMS service whichwill update and advise you with a 2 hour delivery window on your delivery day.Approximately 98% of our deliveries will be received the next day (if ordered before 5pm), or on your chosen date, on rare occasions your delivery may be made the following day.In case of a non-delivery we will resend a fresh order at the earliest possible date or we will refund you in full, please note, you can select either option, but not both. Due to the perishable nature of our products we are unable to accept returns.
