Delivery

For next day delivery, orders must be placed before 6 pm GMT Monday-Friday & for Next Day Delivery.

Please note that we currently do not offer Sundays or Bank Holiday deliveries or same-day deliveries, but it is something we are working towards and hope to be able to offer this soon!!

We usually dispatch flowers one day prior to the delivery date requested for UK Mainland however some UK postcode could take up to 48 hours for delivery.

Orders can be taken in advance and stored in our system until the required date.

An email confirmation which will include the order ID will be sent out once the order is successful. When we dispatch your order, we will email you again with tracking details so you can know the whereabouts of your delivery.

We do not pass on any personal details and the only information sent out to the recipient with the gift is a personal message card.

You are able to add delivery instructions to your order, but please bear in mind that these will be adhered to at the discretion of the delivery driver.

Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery, a card will be left stating attempted delivery and will include details of how to collect or arrange a re-delivery.

We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered or are delayed due to incorrect details this will not be covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

When ordering please enter the full address including the postcode of the recipient.

Delivery Issues

To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and contact number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or email address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems have occurred.

 

Where the carrier is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will deliver to a neighbour (where possible), leave in a secure location or leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact. Incorrect details provided may lead to problems or delays, so before placing your order please ensure that you have included the full and correct details.

 

Delivery is not available on Public Holidays, orders will be delivered on the next working day.

Third-Party Deliveries

In the case of delivery to certain locations where a third party is involved such as Offices, Hospitals, Funeral Directors, Airports, Hotels, Ships and other Business Locations the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient. Please note that some Hospitals do not accept deliveries of perishable goods such as flowers, this is due to the possibility and risk of infection that they may bring into the Hospital. Please check with the Hospital before placing your order.

We always do our best to meet our delivery commitment and nearly always do, however, if we miss delivery for you, we will do our utmost to make it right and will offer you resend or a full refund but not both.
