ORDER ISSUES

Substitution Policy

All Nova Blooms products are subject to availability. In the unlikely event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent or higher value and quality without any form of notice.
Nova Blooms reserves the right to reject any order without giving any reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payment received via the payment method used to place an order.
In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order the product or any substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as possible and refund your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.

Prices & Tax Charges

All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Delivery is included in the price unless you want a premium delivery service. E.g. Delivery by 10 am. This cost will be added on when you select your delivery date.

Placing The Order

This site has been designed to make ordering our products as easy and convenient as possible.
You will be clearly instructed to navigate through the order process and you will be required to provide us with your correct and complete personal details, including postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details. We accept payment by all major credit and debit card using safe/secure Worldpay gateway payment provider.
Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance. We will send you an email confirmation of your order details to confirm that we are processing your order through to the email address you have provided us. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this email confirmation.

Privacy Policy

We (Nova Blooms) undertake to keep all customers information private.
As we value all customer's privacy, we never give, rent or sell our email list or our customer's private information to any third party.
We have and always will be committed to protecting your information, and we do this in compliance with both the Data Protection Act and GDPR.

Shelf Life

All our flowers are fresh cut and will last from min 7 days subject to proper care any variety to last for less than 7 days will be clearly displayed on the product info. Although this also varies by variety. We guarantee the vase life of our flowers for 7 days and then it is subject to their proper care.
It is important that fresh cut flowers are cared for correctly as putting them by heat sources or failing to change the water will kill them very quickly. We always include a care instructions card with all our orders. In situations where we are informed that our flowers died very quickly, we may at our own sole discretion, choose to resend on the next available delivery date if we believe that there truly was a problem with our flowers but if we believe that this might be the result of lack of proper care we reserve the right not to resend.

Orders & Payments

For your order to be processed and delivered on the required date, you must supply us with all the relevant details of the recipient including full delivery details. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are over the age of 16 years old.
Your order will only be processed if full payment details are given. All orders made on novablooms.com are processed by Worldpay payment gateway provider well trusted brand in the UK fully PCI DSS Compliant Payments | Fast, Secure & Simple‎.
Your order will be acknowledged via e-mail confirming your details if you enter a correct e-mail address, on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability. You will also be issued an order reference number for any future correspondence. Acceptance of the order will take place on the allocation of the goods to your order.
Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on the flowers payment page and will be debited when you place your order. If any credit or debit card offered for payment is declined by the card provider, we will make every effort to contact you on the number given at the time of ordering for an alternative form of payment. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to contact you and an alternative form of payment is not provided, the order will be cancelled.
You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our website on the date you place your order. All prices are displayed on our website and are inclusive of VAT. We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown but very occasionally an error may occur due to systems failure. If this should happen or the VAT rate changes, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether or not you wish us to complete your order.

Changes to Your Orders

If you want to change or make any amendments to your order, you can do so by contacting us via email at cs@novablooms.com or calling us on +44 (0) 20 8106 1196. We will try our best to do last-minute changes, but we can only guarantee to make any amendments if informed 72 hours before the intended delivery date.

Cancelling The Order

If you want to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting us via email at cs@novablooms.com or calling us on +44 (0) 20 8106 1196. One off orders can be cancelled up to 72 hours before the intended delivery date. Please note that once the order has been assigned to the production team we are unable to cancel the order. In the event of cancellation, we will refund or cancel any payment received via the payment method used to place an order.
For subscription orders, you must provide us with a minimum of 4 working days notice in order for your subscription to be cancelled. If you cancel within 4 working days, you will still be charged and your order dispatched.

Delivery Issues

At NovaBlooms we use a courier company and while the majority of our deliveries are made on the selected day we cannot guarantee this. Please allow an extra 24 hours for the delivery to be made. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.
We do not offer a guarantee time slot delivery service. Our courier company will contact you on the day of your delivery to inform you of a time slot in which they will try deliver within. Please note that this is a estimated time and Nova Blooms cannot guarantee a specific time slot. Our courier attempt to deliver anywhere between 8am through to 10pm.
To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and contact number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or email address so that we can notify you in the event of any delivery problems that have occurred.
Where the carrier is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will deliver to a neighbour (where possible), leave in a secure location or leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact.
Incorrect details provided may lead to problems or delays, so before placing your order please ensure that you have included the full and correct details.
Deliveries are only available Monday-Saturday via our courier partner service.
Delivery is not available on Public Holidays, orders will be delivered on the next working day.

Third Party Deliveries 

In the case of delivery to certain locations, where a third party is involved such as Offices, Hospitals, Funeral Directors, Airports, Hotels, Ships and other Business Locations the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
Please note that some Hospitals do not accept deliveries of perishable goods such as flowers, this is due to the possibility and risk of infection that they may bring into the Hospital. Please check with the Hospital before placing your order.

Offers

At our discretion from time to time, we may offer products at a special discounted rate. These special offers are valid from the time we introduce them to the end date. We reserve the right to amend or remove the special offer due to availability.
These offers or promotional codes can not be used in conjunction with other offers or credit.
We reserve the right to offer personalised special offers or promotional codes. These can only be used by the customer in receipt of this offer or promotion.
Only one promotional code or offer per person.
Discounts and Offers are only applicable to single bouquet orders and cannot be used for gift bundles.

Damages To Your Order

On the rare occasion that an order arrives to you damaged or fails to arrive due to an unforeseen delivery issue, please contact us immediately so we can arrange either a resend at the next available delivery date or a full or partial refund.
We will never offer both a refund and a resend, where orders have been damaged we reserve the right to ask for them to be returned or for photographs clearly showing the problem so we can use them to determine what is going wrong.
It is very important that we are contacted as soon as possible regarding the issue. We need to be informed of any issue within 48 hours of the delivery to give us the best chance to successfully come to a resolution due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants. We will at our discretion consider the issue raised after the 48 hours deadline but we do reserve the right to refuse the option of refunding or resending the order.
If we believe that there has been an abuse of this policy we reserve the right not to resend/refund and refuse to take orders from that particular customer in future.
If we make such a decision we will inform the customer in writing of our decision, via email or by letter.
It is important to know that the guarantee does not confirm the right to an automatic 100% refund, but only to a fair resolution.
If an order fails to arrive to you due to a refused delivery, or a failed delivery due to the incorrect address details being given by the customer at the time of ordering our damage and refunds policy will not cover this as it is beyond our control.

Situations Out Of Our Control

Nova Blooms will not be liable for a delay or failure to fulfill orders in it results from one of the following:

  • Acts of God;
  • Outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism;
  • The act of any government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent);
  • Fire, explosion, flood, fog or adverse weather;
  • Power failure, failure of telecommunications lines, failure or breakdown of plant, machinery or vehicles;
  • Default of suppliers, sub-contractors or delivery partners;
  • Theft, malicious damage, strike, lock-out or industrial action of any kind;
  • And any other cause or circumstance whatsoever beyond Nova Blooms reasonable control.

 

Bounding Terms & Conditions

By clicking on the "check out" button at the end of the order process, you are agreeing to be bound by our terms as shown on the Nova Blooms website.

Our Liability

Save as hereinbefore provided, whilst we will do our utmost to ensure that the Nova Blooms services are uninterrupted and error-free we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any interruption of the Nova Blooms service and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the NovaBlooms.com service impossible or impractical.
NovaBlooms will not be responsible for:

  • losses that were not caused by any breach on our part, or
  • any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure), or
  • any indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the NovaBlooms.com.

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these conditions limits or excludes our responsibility for fraudulent representations made by us or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct. In addition, nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
